The CTL Group portfolio is comprised of assets with many different specifications. For the 2019 investor relations package, management was looking for a method to visualize the unique attributes and intersection of properties under management.

Proposed idea of a Venn diagram style infographic proved too difficult to read and engage with. After experimenting, a stacking graphic provided for the most coherent overview during single selections (by type/property).

Initial mockup of the infographic with substituted names and addresses can be viewed in the slideshow. The final interactive PDF graphic was included in the confidential 2019 investors report. The concept fully developed would entail its inclusion in an interactive building information tablet app for use during guided investor tours.
